Your account has a default configuration that enables applicants to "Allow express applications from job boards." This implies that when applicants click on your job listing on ZipRecruiter and subsequently click "Apply Now," they will see a simplified version of the application form. This condensed form only asks for their resume and cover letter, omitting any extra questions you may have included in the complete application.
