Our system will automatically send out an email to your subscriber list as often as once a week (on Tuesdays) to notify interested job seekers of your new and open positions. First, please enable this feature:
- From your applicant tracking system (ATS) dashboard, go to the Menu Icon on the upper right of your screen and select Account Details from the Main Menu.
- Scroll down to the Customize & Design section and select Notifications.
- On the list of options, you can toggle on the Notify Applicants of New Jobs option.

To view a report on metrics from the most recent Job Alert Email sent out to your subscriber list, go to the Reports Downloads page. You can locate this by using the Reports Menu at the top right of your ATS page:
Select the Email Subscribers report under Other Data:
If you have successfully ordered the report, you'll see a happy little "sent!" indicator next to your report:
A downloadable link will be emailed directly to the email connected to your ATS account.
Click on the link in the email and you will be directed to a unique page where you can download the Email Subscribers report.
Your CSV report will include the following three columns:
- Name -- NOTE: if they signed up for your email list on your ATS-Hosted Careers Page, a name may not be provided in this column.
- Subscription Date
Job seekers can voluntarily unsubscribe via the email they receive from the system:
If a subscriber reaches out to you asking you to unsubscribe on their behalf, you can do so by appending "/users/unsub" to the end of your ATS-Hosted Careers Page URL. Please reach out to our support team if you need assistance with that action.
