When you log into your ATS, do you see a screen similar to the one below? 

If so, don't worry! This oftentimes means that your user profile is not currently set to view jobs/applicants. You can easily see what user role (Admin, Manager, Reviewer or Read-Only) that your user profile is set to by going to the Main Menu and selecting Account Details. The screen you're brought to will list what your current access level is set to.

We recommend that you reach out to an Admin user listed on your account and ask them to provide you with the proper permissions to view your jobs and applicants.

*If you are not a new user and you use SSO (single sign-on) from another platform to enter the ATS account, please submit a support ticket with our support team. We're happy to take a deeper look to see what could be causing this to happen.
