If you have made any incidental purchases on our platform, you can easily access your billing statements to retrieve receipts for these purchases. Here's how to do it:

1. Navigate to the Menu tab on your account dashboard.

2. Select Account Details from the dropdown menu.

3. Under Account Plan & Billing, select Billing Statements.

4. Locate the statement listed as "Default incidentals account" and the relevant date. Click "Print Statement" to retrieve the receipt for your incidental purchase.

Incidental purchases on our platform include job board postings, reference checks, background checks, and other similar services. These purchases may not be included in your regular subscription plan, and will be billed separately.
