Want to show off your company’s social media presence right on your Careers Page? Great news—you can do just that with the Social Media input area on the Company Info page. Adding your social media link helps potential applicants connect with your company beyond the job description. After all, who doesn’t love a good “Follow Us” button?

How to Add Your Social Media Link

  1. Navigate to the Company Info Page:

    • Click the Main Menu (you know, the trusty one on the side).
    • Select Account Details.
    • Under the Company & Users section, click on Company Info.

  2. Locate the Social Media Field:

    • Scroll down until you find the Social Media (optional) field.



  3. Add Your Social Media Link:

    • Copy the URL of your preferred social media profile (LinkedIn, Bluesky, Instagram—your pick!).
    • Paste it into the Social Media field.
  4. ⚠️ Heads-up: You can only add one URL here.

    • Want to showcase more than one platform? No problem! Use a service like Linktree to create one link that leads to all your social media profiles.


      When you use Linktree (or a similar service), clicking the “Follow Us” icon on your Careers Page will open a list of all the social media links you’ve set up. It’s like giving your applicants a VIP pass to all your platforms—leading them straight to the content you want them to see.

  5. Save Your Changes:

    • Scroll down and click Save to make sure your link sticks.


How It Looks on Your Careers Page

Once you’ve saved your changes, head over to your ATS-hosted Careers Page. You’ll see your social media link displayed with a neat little “Follow Us” icon right at the top—easy for candidates to spot and connect with you!



A Quick Note on Facebook Sharing

If you’re using the Facebook icon to share your job postings directly to social media and are experiencing issues, there may be a setting in your Facebook account that’s preventing the connection.


Facebook occasionally updates its platform settings, and one common issue is when the “Apps, Websites and Games” feature is turned off. This setting must be enabled in order to use Facebook to interact with third-party platforms (such as sharing job posts from your ATS).


To check and update this setting:

  1. Log into your Facebook account

  2. Go to Settings & Privacy

  3. Select Apps and Websites

  4. Make sure “Apps, Websites and Games” is turned ON

This setting gives Facebook permission to connect with other websites and applications. If it's turned off, you may not be able to share jobs or use other integrations.


If this setting is already on and you're still experiencing issues, try the following:

  • Clear your browser cache and try again

  • Ensure you're logged into the correct Facebook account (especially if you're managing a business page)

  • Take a screenshot of any error messages or unexpected behavior and contact Support for further assistance
