Sign up for a Canvass account directly from your ATS account under Account Details < Partner Marketplace.


In this article, you will be shown how to create and apply your API credentials to integrate your Canvass account into the ATS, and also where to go to utilize the integration within the ATS.

PART 1: Creating API Credentials to use for the integration within your Canvass account

 


Step 1 — Create API credentials


Sign in to Canvass and navigate to your company settings.



Switch to the INTEGRATE tab.



Select Applicant Tracking from the drop-down and click ADD INTEGRATION.



Congratulations! Your API credentials have been created!



Step 2 — Configure API credentials


Sign in to your ATS, then navigate to the Main Menu > Account Details.


Select Canvass as the Assessment Provider, then enter your Username and Password from Step 1 above, and click Submit.



PART 2: How to use it in the ATS


The following steps walk you through conducting a Canvass interview from within your ATS.


Step 1: Sign into your ATS and navigate to an applicant.



Click the Verify drop-down and select Canvass Assessment.




Select from amongst your Canvass positions and click Order Assessment.



Congratulations! Your applicant has been emailed a Canvass interview invite!



Step 2: Review their responses


Once the candidate has completed their interview… Switch to their Files tab and click the Assessment link.



Review their response and determine next steps.
